Dr. Nicola Mooney presents her two-minute microlecture on Sikhism’s relationship with environmentalism.

UFV’s Road Runner Café played host to a wide assortment of the university’s faculty as they shared two-minute talks on their recent research with a curious crowd. Called “microlectures,” the event aims to “provide ‘snapshots’ of the range and depth of our faculty research, as well as highlight the interdisciplinary nature of our work.”

This year’s event, which took place on February 21, was followed by a publication celebration, giving attendees a chance to engage with the speakers by reading their recent publications or discussing their topics.
